Since 1951, the aim of Lanham Brothers has been to seek the highest level of quality and professionalism in building construction. We approach every construction project from the owner's vantage point, realizing that their project, down to the smallest detail, is of extreme importance. Throughout the years, we have earned the trust of our clients, which allowed us to move from contractor to design builder. We have a registered architect on staff and we describe our customer relationships as partnering. Partnering is a method we feel we have been practicing for years, but it has now been proven to be a method accepted by customers and contractors. It encourages all involved in a construction project to share interests and goals to complete a quality project through a process of communication and preplanning. |
